The Gulf Coast Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship covers approximately 15,000 square feet, on two floors in the Pensacola State College’s downtown facility. The facility is located at 418 West Garden St in Downtown Pensacola.
With 9,000+ leasable for tenant occupancy of office space and shared facilities with various combinations of open plan offices, the CIE premises can house up to 19 companies as a Tenant Client
